Russell Vanderbaan - Vice President, Human Resources, Morgan Construction Company, A Siemens VAI Business (colleague) worked indirectly for Lucie
“Lucie Shiff was the US HR Integration Manager when Morgan was acquired by Siemens and integrated into SE&A in the US. This was a unique integration since Morgan was a part of Siemens VAI MT in Austria, but legally owned by SE&A in the US. Our business leadership came from Austria, but we needed to integrate into the US company. Lucie was very quick in learning about our business and the challenges of being a global company - 85% of our business is global. She was insightful, used discretion and good judgment as we had to adhere to policies from two different organizations, and focused on the essential items in our transition. She was very effective as we had to transition a privately held, non-union, global company into the Siemens organization. Lucie gained the respect of Morgan senior management as she led this integration. Morgan is a company of 500 employees in the US and 1300 globally. I would certainly enjoy working with Lucie again and would strongly recommend her for a role as an HR Consultant.”
