integration; balanced the need to sustain an entrepreneurial environment in newly acquired businesses while adapting to a large Corporate culture without business disruption.  She has developed organization structure based on business needs while performing thorough talent assessment.

Lucie has developed Negotiation Strategies and served as chief spokesperson for several successful labor negotiations as well as having directed multiple successful
union avoidance campaigns through effective strategy and communication. 

Lucie has a BA in English and Psychology from Simmons College. She is a member
of SHRM and guest lectures at Georgia Tech as well as various professional Associations. She recently served on a panel on Mergers and Aquisitions for
Technology Associates of Georgia (TAG) and has served as the Key Note speaker
at various Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Mentoring events.
